Delta Electronics India has appointed Anil Chaudhry as the head of Industrial Automation. The appointment highlights Delta’s focus on scaling intelligent, integrated manufacturing solutions as Indian industries shift toward data-driven, sustainable operations.

Chaudhry has been a key leader within Delta Electronics India, where he spearheaded initiatives in industrial automation, robotics, AI-driven manufacturing, and smart factory deployment. He played a central role in advancing the company’s Industry 4.0 and 5.0 initiatives, particularly in integrating operational technology with information technology to deliver efficient and sustainable production systems.

In his new role, Chaudhry will lead the strategic direction, operational performance, and market expansion of Delta’s Industrial Automation business in India. His priorities include strengthening Delta’s presence in core growth sectors, accelerating localised R&D, and deploying next-generation automation architectures aligned with the evolving needs of Indian manufacturing.

Known for a collaborative and people-centric leadership approach, he will focus on building high-performing teams to enhance Delta’s market positioning and operational excellence.

According to Chaudhry, the industrial landscape is moving toward intelligent, sustainable, and human-centric models. He noted that Delta’s robust end-to-end automation portfolio positions it well to support this shift and stated that he looks forward to collaborating with teams and partners to drive business growth, foster local innovation, and provide advanced automation infrastructure for Indian manufacturers.

Founded in 1971 and listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange (2308), Delta is a global company in the power and thermal- management space.
