It hasn’t been long since Casagrand’s annual employee rewards initiative, Profit Share Bonanza, bagged headlines about a month ago, in November 2025, when a thousand of the real-estate firm’s employees were flown to London for a week.  Now, another batch of 800 employees is all set to be flown to Singapore for a week-long fully-sponsored holiday, as part of the yearly and shared celebration of the company’s success.

The Singapore trip will allow employees to rest, relax and also visit the iconic tourist destinations of the country and create wonderful memories. A grand gala team dinner at the Flower Field and Water View Hall at Gardens by the Bay, is also part of the celebration.

The Chennai-based real-estate developer has flown its employees to Thailand, Vietnam and Goa also in the past.
According to Arun Mn, founder and managing director, Casagrand, “Every success story is written by our people, and every milestone deserves to be celebrated in a way that touches the heart. The back-to-back rewards of London and Singapore trips to our employees were our way of saying ‘thank you’ not just for the work they do, but for the passion, dedication, and spirit they bring every day”.

These trips, said Arun Mn, “are celebrations of our shared journey, of belonging, and of the extraordinary family that makes Casagrand what it is.”

As the Profit-Share Bonanza expands, it continues to symbolise Casagrand’s belief that its people are its greatest asset and that their contributions deserve recognition that matches the company’s ambition.
