Clearwater Analytics is all set to open its new office in Noida, India, which will be its second development centre. It will be hiring software developers, data operations specialists, reconciliation analysts, investment accounting and reporting experts, and so on in the next six months. It is planning to add at least a hundred new employees to its workforce.
The software-as-a-service (SaaS) fintech company provides automated investment accounting, performance, compliance, and risk reporting for insurance companies, asset managers, corporations, banks, governments, and other institutions. With its global headquarters in Idaho, US, the company already has offices in New York, London and Edinburgh.
The India team will be led by Anurag Singh. An expert in financial markets and related technology, Singh was earlier MD and SVP, banking, insurance, and hi-tech IT, Genpact.
The India office is the Company’s first in Asia, and is expected to help it fulfil its recruitment and expansion goals. The organisation has come a long way and scaled up tremendously from its main operating centres in the US and UK. It is now aiming to grow further as a global solutions provider, and the India office is expected to play a significant role in achieving this goal.
Founded in 2004 by David Boren, Michael Boren, and Douglas Bates, the Clearwater Analytics was named Innovative Company of the Year at the Idaho Innovation Awards, in 2012, and US Captives Technology Firm of the Year, in 2013.
