    Telecaller executives earn highest average salary in BFSI

    The average salary of telecaller executives in the BFSI sector is Rs 22,500, says report

    How much do you think is the average salary of a telecaller executive in the banking financial services and insurance space? According to the Jobs and Sales Primer for 2023-24, it is Rs 22,500. However, the role commands a premium salary of Rs 30,500 in Delhi, India’s capital.

    Second to the telecaller executive role is the role of relationship executive. This role earns an average salary of Rs 18,700, and a premium salary of Rs 35,000 (in Bengaluru). In third position is the average salary of a collection officer, which is Rs 18,500, whereas Bengaluru pays this role a premium of Rs 45,000. The fourth position is occupied by sales executives who earn an average salary of Rs 16,800, whereas Kolkata pays them a premium Rs 35,600. The average salary of loan officers is about Rs 16,700 in the BFSI space, with Delhi paying a premium Rs 25,700.

    When it comes to the consumer and allied business space, the highest average salary is earned by sales demonstrators in the consumer durables sector. They earn Rs 22,100 on average, with Delhi paying a premium Rs 35,000. In second place in the same sector is the field engineer, earning Rs 20,000 on average, with Hyderabad paying a premium salary of Rs 27,000. A retail executive in this sector on an average earns Rs 17,900, but in Bengaluru they earn Rs 26,500.

    In the fast moving consumer goods or FMCG space, market growth representatives get paid the highest average salary of Rs 21,600, with Chennai paying a premium salary of Rs 26,000. Business development managers get paid Rs 20,800 on an average with Delhi paying Rs 31,600 premium salary. Sales executives in this space earn Rs 18,200 on average, with premium pay in Bengaluru being Rs 40,000.

    Sales executives in the health and pharma industry earn Rs 23,600 on an average, with Hyderabad paying them a premium salary of Rs 45,700. Store executives earn average salary of Rs 21,600, while Delhi pays premium salary of Rs 30,000. Beauty advisors earn average salary of Rs 18,300, while in Ahmedabad they earn a premium Rs 26,600.

    As per the report by TeamLease, the logistics sector pays an average salary fo Rs 19,500 to pickers and packers. In Delhi this role commands Rs 23,400. Operation executives in this space earn average salary of Rs 17,400 with Delhi paying a premium salary of Rs 31,000! Technicians earn an average salary of Rs 17,200 with Mumbai paying the a premium salary of Rs 34,100!

    In the retail space, store managers earn the highest average salary of Rs 32,200, followed by sales managers (Rs 31,800) and operations executives (Rs 27,300). The premium salaries for these roles are Rs 53,700 in Delhi, Rs 43,000 in Mumbai and Rs 42,000 in Bengaluru, respectively.
