AdmitKard, the edtech startup, which simplifies access to higher education opportunities, is on an aggressive hiring spree. It plans to onboard around 100 employees, to take the current headcount up from 150 to 250. That means, it is gearing to expand its team by 66 per cent.
It is looking to add 75 candidates in the business team and 25 in the product and technology teams, who will have the option to choose either work-from-home or work-from-office, depending on the profile of the new recruits. The hiring will be primarily for the NCR location, where the Company is headquartered.
Piyush Bhartiya, co-founder & CEO, AdmitKard, reiterates that this hiring will “align and accelerate the Company’s business priorities, development and growth”.
With major startups from different fields including autotech, fintech and edtech laying off their employees, this hiring drive is rather significant and timely, and will be a relief for those looking for opportunities.
Bhartiya is confident that “addition of proactive quality talent can help us add more fuel to the trajectory” and that the hiring “will surely motivate every member of our firm to remain committed and help us reach milestones.”
Having always prioritised employee benefits, AdmitKard has helped employees in their growth and consistent performance. It has created a flexible work culture, and follows the reverse feedback mechanism which not only builds trust but breaks organisational silos and makes employees feel connected.
The venture capitalist-funded edtech startup, was founded in 2016 by Bhartiya along with Rachit Agrawal, both IIT-IIM Alumni, with an aim to mentor students in the college application process.
