Tredence, a data science and AI solutions provider, is witnessing rapid growth, with India playing a pivotal role in its expansion strategy. The company has recently announced its plans to almost double its workforce by mid-2025.

As part of this strategy, Tredence aims to build a robust talent pool in India by hiring over 1,500 new employees, raising the total workforce in the country to an impressive 4,000. This represents a significant 60 per cent increase from its current strength of 2,500 employees.

The new hires will cover a wide range of roles within the data science and AI fields. Besides core functions such as data science, data engineering and data analytics, Tredence is prioritising emerging areas such as machine learning operations (MLOps), large language model operations (LLMOps), generative AI (GenAI) and marketing analytics.

To keep pace with industry advancements, Tredence has also introduced a GenAI upskilling programme, designed to equip professionals with cutting-edge skills for upcoming projects.

Tredence’s leadership underscores India’s vital role in their global success. “At Tredence, we are deeply committed to India,” said Shub Bhowmick, co-founder and CEO, Tredence. He emphasised India’s integral role in their operations and their commitment to fostering innovation that has a global impact. While North America has been a significant market for Tredence, the company sees vast opportunities in India, Europe and the Middle East. These regions are considered strategic pillars for sustained growth as Tredence leverages data science and AI to deliver transformative solutions.

Munjay Singh, COO, Tredence, also commented, “With over 80 per cent of our workforce based in India and selected through a rigorous hiring process, we are prepared to address global challenges.”
