Zwayam, the recruitment startup, has achieved ‘Microsoft co-sell ready partner’ status. The hiring startup, driven by artificial intelligence (AI), provides a SaaS platform for organisations to streamline and automate their hiring process, right from sourcing to onboarding.

With this much sought-after Microsoft co-sell ready status — which allows partner solutions to be directly sold and marketed by Microsoft resellers — Zwayam’s AI platform for recruitment automation will benefit immensely from the unimaginable growth opportunities.

Zwayam’s platform is seamlessly integrated with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365, which makes it possible for companies to efficiently hire remotely. Organisations are able to increase their hiring efficiency with Zwayam’s AI capabilities to identify the right talent fit.

According to Nicel KM, co-founder, Zwayam, the co-sell ready status with Microsoft will throw up innumerable opportunities “in cross-leveraging the technology and solving key customer pain points.”

With Zwayam now being part of the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, Sangeeta Bavi, director, startup ecosystem, Microsoft India, points out that the startup will now benefit from “unparalleled growth opportunities” and its solution will get “discovered by customers around the world”.

Co-founded by Joseph John, Nicel KM, Divya T and Shreyas Tonse five years ago, Zwayam has a customer base comprising over 50 large enterprises and big names, who are benefitting from its inbound recruitment marketing (IRM) capabilities with engaging candidate experience, that enable them to pull or draw even passive candidates.
