Natural Remedies, the herbal animal healthcare company has been named one of India’s Happiest Places to Work® for the third time. Why? Because the organisation is deeply committed to building a workplace where emotional well-being, personal growth and a strong sense of purpose are part of daily life.

With a legacy that spans over four decades, Natural Remedies continues to blend tradition with innovation. The company’s philosophy of harnessing nature and applying science for health and happiness extends beyond its products; it shapes how its people work, grow and lead.

Characterised by regular check-ins, pulse surveys, or structured feedback sessions, the company fosters an environment where people are trusted and empowered. Not only are leaders approachable but teams collaborate with care, and every individual is encouraged to speak up, grow and contribute meaningfully. Clearly, the company is listening and acting.

The Happiest Places to Work® team shares that Natural Remedies stands out for its “consistency”. The team there does “not treat happiness as a one-time metric but as a long-term priority”. They “take meaningful steps to understand their people better and raise the bar on employee experience” every year. The company’s culture “is both intentional and inspiring”.

A people-first mindset continues to guide Natural Remedies as it grows its global presence, while staying rooted in its values. According to Anurag Agarwal, MD, Natural Remedies, “We have done well in all the areas of building the culture, including wellbeing, acknowledgement, and inclusion for all the people in our organization”.

Dr KN Reddy, CEO, Natural Remedies, feels being certified as one of the Happiest Places to Work® thrice in four years “is a clear reflection and outcome of the transparency, collaborative work, and inclusiveness we promote in the organization”.

Baskar Varadhan, CHRO, Natural Remedies, is humbled to see that “90 per cent of our people recognise us as one of the Happiest Places to Work®. This achievement is not the result of chance, but of deliberate, consistent efforts.”

At Natural Remedies, happiness is not just a measure but the culture. The company, that specialises in formulating innovative livestock, poultry, and
aqua healthcare solutions, follows a people-first approach and is on a continuous journey of nurturing one of the most inspiring workplaces in the industry.
