Infosys has given its employees many reasons to celebrate ahead of the festive season. It is not only giving them promotions, but increments and a special bonus as well. The increments will be in line with what was rolled out in the past — 6 per cent to more than 85 per cent of the workforce.

The Company acknowledges that its workforce makes it resilient, strong and successful. These promotions, hikes and bonus are a way of rewarding the employees for their performance. The staff will receive 100 per cent variable pay as well as a special bonus for Q2. The increments and promotions will be effective from January 1.
