HG Infra Engineering has got itself a new chief human resources officer in Rachna Mohan. She was earlier senior vice president-human resources, Gensol Group.

An alumna of the Indian Institute of Planning and Management, Rachna Mohan began her professional journey as an assistant manager-sales, with SQL Star International, in 1998. Three and a half years later, she moved to SAK Consumer Retail Services, as assistant manager, human resources.

Mohan’s next stop was Aman Resorts where she served as manager-HR for three years before moving on to Vana, Dehradun, as manager-human capital for over four years.

March of 2016 saw her accepting the role of senior manager-human capital, Max Ventures & Industries.

In February 2018 she headed to Sterlite Power to play assistant vice president-HR operations and compliances. Just over three years into this role, she was elevated to vice president-human resources.

After over six successful years at Sterlite Power, Rachna Mohan joined Gensol Group as senior vice president-human resources, working out of Gurugram.

Known to be a very reliable and positive person with excellent people-management skills, her colleagues appreciate her sense of ownership.

Her utmost involvement, hands-on approach and warm personality will definitely be an asset to HC Infra Engineering, an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services company.

HRKatha wishes her all the best!
