She served as account manager, Intercon International, for a year in the initial phase of her career journey, before moving to Google as human resource business partner, in August 2006.

After a successful nine-year long tenure at Google, Divya Kiran moved to Hike Messenger to play senior manager, people and culture. She worked out of Bengaluru for three years before moving on to Ericsson in 2018. She served as director-HR, Asia Pacific and Japan for two years. During this period, she set up the India R&D centre.

Myntra roped her in for the role of senior director, human capital, in November of 2020. Just over a year later, she switched to Rakuten Symphony, as vice president, head of human resources (India and EMEA).

Over two years into this role, she was appointed India site leader, Lytx. From January of 2024 to November of 2025, she provided strategic and execution-level leadership for all aspects of the site.

She will now be part of the leadership team at Aurigo Software Technologies, a company that provides modern, cloud-based solutions for capital infrastructure and private owners to help them plan with confidence and build with quality

Balaji Sreenivasan, founder and CEO, Aurigo, is confident that Kiran’s “deep experience in building high-performing teams and scalable HR systems will be critical as we grow and strengthen our global organisation”.
