Madhumitha Mani has been promoted to director-people success at Chargebee. She has been with the billing and monetisation platform for the AI economy for over six years now.
Having joined as senior people success manager-projects and operations in 2019, Mani was elevated to senior manager-people success business partner merely over two years into this role. The latest promotion has come four years into that role.
An alumna of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Madhumita Mani began her professional journey as an analyst with Goldman Sachs, in June of 2008. Less than two years later, armed with a PGDM in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, she interned with Hay Group and Greenpeace before joining Oracle as human resources executive, in 2013.
She moved to Microsoft in December of 2014, as HR operations associate.
Mani’s next stop was Ford Motor Company where she played HR business partner for over a year.
Citi appointed her HR business partner in January of 2018. For the next two years she successfully played HR generalist for the Enterprise Operations Business
Units with a total of 700 employees, handling end-to-end people life cycle events throughout the year. Additionally, she helped resolve employee queries, conduct investigations, identify trends and anomalies in attrition, pay parity and even looked into campus recruitment initiatives at Chennai.
It was in December of 2019 that her association with Chargebee began. Now, in her elevated role, Mani will be tasked with leading the people strategy, with focus on employee experience, organisational effectiveness, and alignment of HR initiatives with business goals and growth.
