NIIT, the global managed-learning services company, has appointed Dr Manmeet Kaur Wilkhoo as head-HR, operations.
Dr Wilkhoo, who has completed a master’s degree in human resources management services from University of Wales, holds a PhD from Swiss School of Business and Management.
She spent the initial four years of her career with Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance as an HR professional, from 2003 to 2007. She moved to Unicorn Investment Solutions in a similar capacity, in December of 2007.
Her next stop was Bharti Airtel where she served as an HR professional from 2008 to 2010 before switching to Tata AIG General Insurance in September of 2010.
March of 2012 saw her joining Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets to handle human resources shares services, Asia Pacific & Europe. Over four years and eight months into the role, she moved to Indigo to take up the role of senior human resources manager.
Her stint with Indigo lasted over five and a half years after which she joined CoreStack. She essayed the role of head of people and culture, working out of Seattle, US for over two years.
A certified Six Sigma Black Belt and trained Master Black Belt, Dr Manmeet Kaur Wilkhoo has been recognised for designing and leading initiatives across strategic workforce planning, organisational design, DEI advancement, leadership development, policy innovation, employment law compliance, and HR technology transformation.
