Neetu Sidana has been hired as the director-HR at Mazars, an auditing and advisory firm, which has a presence in over 90 countries and works with over 42,000 professionals, globally.
In this new role, Sidana will lead the HR function for Mazars in India.
Sidana moves from EY, where she was the assistant director for talent development managing organisation-wide talent-development initiatives. She also managed EYs biggest learning initiative for more than 50,000 employees, called EY GDS.
In her 12 year-long career, Sidana has spent over a decade at EY, where she as assistant manager-talent management in 2011. She managed end-to-end HR services, including performance management, change management, rewards and recognition, manager development and career development initiatives for more than 600 employees. Over a decade, she steadily moved up the ladder with three promotions.
Sidana started her career at Max Life Insurance as a management trainee where she obtained cross-functional experience for the first six months in selling, operations, products and IT. Later, she started handling some part of compensation, benefits and rewards. After a year and a half, she became the assistant manager for compensation and benefits and performance management system at Max.
A postgraduate in HR & OD from Delhi University, Sidana also holds a bachelor’s degree in computer applications from IP University, Delhi.
