Vertiv, the global critical digital infrastructure provider, has roped in Frank Poncheri for the role of chief human resources officer (CHRO).
Poncheri moves from Owens Corning, where he spent over a decade, with his last designation being that of vice president, human resources and integration.
Equipped with a master’s degree in labour relations and human resources from the Ohio State University, Poncheri worked with Columbus Blue Jackets, as human resource specialist for over a year before joining GE Aerospace.
From 2010 to 2012, Frank Poncheri served GE Aerospace in its human resource leadership programme (HRLP), based out of Cincinnati. He was elevated to senior specialist, employee relations in 2012. For the next two years, he worked out of Maryland, US, before moving to Ownes Corning in August of 2014.
At this global building and construction materials company, he started off as human resources manager for over four years. Then, a promotion made him director, human resources science and technology, in 2019. In August of 2021 another elevation put him in the post of human resources director, Insulation Europe. This elevation saw him relocating from Ohio, US to Helsinki, Finland. In September 2022 he was back in Ohio as vice president-human resources and integration.
