Godrej Properties has appointed Abhimanyu Rathore as head-HR, Mumbai Zone. He moves from Tata Consumer Products after a stint that lasted over five years.
An alumnus of XLRI-Jamshedpur, Abhimanyu Rathore worked with Tata Consultancy Services as an assistant systems engineer for a while in August 2010. He interned with Wipro for three months before joining Siemens as HR business partner in April of 2013. Over two years later, he moved to Airtel as manager|HR business partner, in June of 2015.
VOIS appointed him manager|HR business partner in January of 2018. A year and nine months later, he was elevated to senior manager. He was HR business partner for corporate functions, office IT, robotics & digital business solutions teams.
October of 2020 saw him accepting the role of human resources manager-marketing, finance and legal at Tata Consumer Products, based out of Bengaluru. Seven months into this role, he was elevated to senior human resources manager, marketing, finance, legal and soulful, in April of 2021.
Another elevation in April of 2022 made him associate director-HR, global digital, integrated finance, marketing and soulful.
July 2023 to September 2024 saw Abhimanyu Rathore playing associate director-sales HR. He relocated to Gurugram on being elevated to director-HR, ready-to-drink business, in September 2024.
Now, as head-HR at Godrej Properties, he will be tasked with leading the people strategy for Mumbai zone, with focus on talent management and leadership capability building. He will also be expected to drive high-performance practice in line with the company’ s business goals.
