Vidhi Bansal has joined IndusInd Nippon Life Insurance Company as head HR (integrated) and lead -talent management & learning. She moves Bandhan Life where she was SVP & head: talent & culture since 2022.
It was in September 2004 that Vidhi Bansal began her professional journey in HR, with Knight Queen Group of Industries. She handled the complete HR function for the company and reported directly to the director for over a year and a half.
She joined Max Life Insurance Company as an HR executive in April of 2006. For over two and a half years she was responsible for pan India recruitments for alternate channels along with hiring for support functions such as HR and operations. In 2008, she was promoted to assistant manager-HR. The next promotion came in six months and made her HR business partner. Just over a year into this role she was elevated to deputy manager-human resources. By April of 2011 she was elevated to manager-human resources.
After spending seven years with Max Life Insurance, Bansal switched to Inductis (EXL) as senior manager-human resources for over a year and a half, in 2013.
Max Healthcare appointed her assistant general manager-human resources in October 2014. Two and a half years into this role she was promoted to HR lead-new businesses.
From 2017 to 2018 she played independent human resource consultant at Salto Dee Fe.
GNC roped her in for the role of head-HR at GNC and Guardian Healthcare, in October 2018.
November of 2020 was witness to Vidhi Bansal taking up the role of chief human resources officer at Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital & Research Centre, Mumbai.
It was in July of 2022 that she came to be associated with Bandhan Life as SVP & head: talent and culture (talent acquisition, HRBP, learning & culture).
Now, in her latest role at IndusInd Nippon Life Insurance, she will lead HR with a focus on talent strategy, leadership development, and the company’s learning ecosystem.
