    JSW Paints elevates Ritika Chopra to CHRO

    Chopra was serving as head of human resources since December of 2024

    JSW Paints has elevated Ritika Chopra to chief human resources officer. Earlier, she had been head of human resources.
    A Biotechnology graduate, Ritika Chopra went on to complete an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, in 2013.

    She interned with Serum Institute of India and Intel Corporation before being picked by the Aditya Birla Group Leadership Programmes as human resource leadership associate for a year.

    She joined Madura Fashion & Lifestyle in May of 2014, as retail HR business partner-West zone. Just over a year later, she was appointed lead-talent acquisition and HRBP, Pantaloon. She was promoted to lead-talent management, learning and HRBP in 2016. The next promotion in 2018 made her head of human resources, West.

    After over five and a half years with Pantaloon, Ritika Chopra took up the role of senior HR business partner at Amazon, in December of 2020.
    Over a year into this role, she was promoted to senior HR programme manager-APAC & MEA. In December of 2022, she was elevated to senior HRBP Prime Video India and senior HR programme manager, APAC & MEA.

    Chopra’s next stop was Purplle.com where she headed human resources (CPG) from April of 2023 to December of 2024.
    Known for her high accountability and diligence, HRKatha is confident that this relentless and solution-oriented leader will continue to contribute to JSW Paints with her can-do attitude.
