Narasimha Prasad Bulusu has taken on the role of head of human resources at LEAD Group, the Indian school learning systems company. He has moved from Myntra where he was director-Total Rewards since October of 2021.

Bulusu began his professional journey as an assistant manager with Tata Motors, in 2010. A year later, he moved to Amazon as a project intern, before joining Lodha Group as deputy general manager-HR. He spent over three years there leading the compensation function, driving annual pay-review cycles, salary budgeting, bonus payouts, and incentive design aligned with talent retention and business goals. He also developed pay structures and reward policies for expatriate talent across multiple regions, based out of Mumbai.

From July 2016 to 2017, he played senior manager-human resources at Cipla delivering strategic HR support for global corporate functions, spearheading key initiatives and policy changes.

Narasimha Prasad Bulusu’s next stop was BlackBuck (Zinka Logistics Solutions), as director-human resources. He led HR for freight and services through multiple funding milestones across diverse segments and locations during his tenure, which lasted over four years.

At Myntra, from 2021 to 2025, as director-total rewards, he successfully led the fashion e-commerce company’s total rewards strategy, and revamped the ESOP philosophy to align with evolving business objectives and talent priorities. He spearheaded the design and implementation of industry-first benefits and wellbeing initiatives, alongside critical HR programmes that strengthened organisational culture.

In his new role at LEAD Group, Narasimha Prasad Bulusu will drive the edtech organisation’s culture, leadership development, and talent strategy. His focus will be on building organisational strength to support scale while nurturing LEAD’s mission-driven ethos.

HRKatha wishes Narasimha Prasad Bulusu all the best!
