Navneet Gupta has joined Milestone Inc as global HR head. He moves from fabric where he was head of people for over three years.

Equipped with a BTech in Computer Science and Engineering, Navneet Gupta went on to obtain an MBA in Human Resources from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, in 2012.

He worked with Tata Consultancy Services as ASE for well over a year and interned with Intel for a short while in the initial years of his career.
Bharti Airtel took him in as a Young Leader in June of 2012. Just over a year and a half into this role, he was elevated to talent acquisition manager, in June of 2013.

Another promotion soon after made him talent management and development partner. From September of 2014 to March of 2016, he served as SME talent and learning.

By April of 2016 he had reached the position of HR business partner.

The year 2017 was witness to Gupta heading corporate HR for Puma Group. Over a year later, he switched to Cure.Fit to head HR for the Fitness Business.

His next stop was i4 Consulting where he played people consultant for a while before Aakash Educational Services roped him in for lead HRBP.

A year later, he found himself heading people-Asia for fabric, a software development firm.

Now, in his latest assignment at Milestone Inc, an AI-first digital-experience platform, this forward thinking people leader and change agent will be tasked with leading the global people strategy for the company. He will focus on building culture, transforming talent, developing leadership and creating scalable HR frameworks for growth.

HRKatha wishes Navneet Gupta all the best in this endeavour!
