Gunjan Mittal began her professional journey with ICICI Bank as officer, in 2002. Two years later, she moved to Deloitte where she spent over 14 years. She started off as an analyst-learning and development (learning coordinator), in June of 2005. Two years into this role, she was promoted to senior analyst, working out of Hyderabad. From June of 2009 to May of 2011, she was assistant manager-learning support centre. She spent the next two years creating strategies to improve the productivity and quality of the team. By September 2015 she had become executive manager, leading the compensation and benefits team which provided services to both India and US employees of Deloitte. She worked with various stakeholders to ensure smooth running of everyday operations and was also a part of new technology implementations.

It was in August of 2019 that Gunjan Mittal joined PepsiCo as global HR reporting and analytics lead. A year and a half later, she was promoted to deputy director, global HR reporting and analytics and talent management. September 2022 saw her promoted to associate director-global talent management and learning operations.

This science graduate from Osmania University also holds an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. She is passionate about career development and skill enhancement of team members, as well as improvement of processes, and delivering high client satisfaction.
