    Q2 appoints Shailly Bhanot as VP-HR

    Q2, a financial experience company, has appointed Shailly Bhanot as its new vice president – human resources, for its India operations. In this new capacity, Bhanot will help the company transform its culture, while also building strong and diverse communities by strengthening its financial institutions.

    Bhanot shared her excitement about the new role on LinkedIn.

    Prior to this, Bhanot was a part of Intel Corporation as its director-HR. She joined the company in the year 2019-2024.

    With over 18 years of experience, Bhanot brings a wealth of expertise to her new role at Q2. Her career also includes significant roles at Honeywell, Amdocs, WNS Global Services and Citifinancial.

    Bhanot started her career with Citifinancial as an assistant manager in the year 2005. After two years, she moved to WNS Global Services in the year 2007 as its senior executive-HR. Three years later, in 2010, Bhanot moved to Amdocs as senior specialist-organisational development (OD).

    Her longest stint was with Honeywell, where she spent over seven years, holding several managerial and leadership roles, during the period 2012-2019.

    Bhanot holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, College of Materials Management, Jabalpur, and a Bachelor of Science from M. H. College, Jabalpur.

    Headquartered in Texas, Q2 is renowned for driving digital innovation and acquisitions for global financial institutions. The company operates across Australia, Canada, India, Mexico, the UK and the US, maintaining a diverse workforce dedicated to advancing digital banking solutions.
