    Ranjeeta Bhat is VP-corporate HR, Premier Energies

    Bhat moves from Dr Reddy’ Laboratories where she was associate director-human resources

    After four years of successfully serving Dr Reddy’s Laboratories as director-human resources, Ranjeeta Bhat has moved to Premier Energies. She will be playing vice president-corporate HR at the company that offers end-to-end solutions for solar- energy projects across 30 countries globally.

    Bhat is backed by over two decades of work experience, having started off as an HR associate with Scope International, Citibank, in June of 2003. She spent two years as team lead at Azure Technologies before joining 3i Infotech as manager-human resources business partner.

    Two years later, in 2007, she moved to Bank of America as manager, employee relations and retention.

    Her next stop was GreatFour Systems as lead-HR partner, from September of 2008 to November of 2010.

    Runcode Software Solutions roped her in for the role of director in June of 2011. She co-founded and co-led this boutique technology services firm, overseeing end-to-end business operations and people strategy, based out of Hyderabad.

    October of 2017 saw her being appointed head-HR and CSR, Radiant Corporation. Among other responsibilities, she successfully led end-to-end HR strategy and organisational design for Radiant and their greenfield vocational skilling initiative.

    It was in February of 2022 that she came to be associated with Dr Reddy’s.

    A commerce graduate from Gujarat University, Ranjeeta Bhat went on to obtain an MBA from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.

    In her latest assignment, she will continue to translate people strategy into measurable business outcomes at Premier Energies.
