    RISE Infraventures appoints Ajay Malik as CSO

    Malik was earlier with Colliers for over 5 years, with his last designation being senior director

    After being associated with Colliers for over five years, Ajay Malik has now taken up the role of chief strategy officer (CSO) at RISE Infraventures.

    Backed by almost two decades of experience, Ajay Malik is known to be a thorough professional with a deep understanding of the Indian real-estate market.

    An alumnus of the Times School of Marketing and Management, Malik completed an MBA in marketing and finance from ICFAI Business School.

    He worked with The Times of India as officer-TOI Brand for six months before joining IHDP Business Park, as senior relationship manager in 2007. Over a year and a half later he moved to BetterHomes as leasing consultant-commercial advisory, based out of Dubai.

    In July 2009 he was back in Delhi, India as regional director, Realistic Realtors. Over eight years later, he moved to Cushman & Wakefield as associate director-Tenant Advisory Group.

    His association with Colliers began in August of 2020, as senior associate director. Less than two years into this role he was elevated to director. A little over three years later he was promoted once again to senior director.

    In his latest assignment at RISE Infraventures, an emerging name in the country’s real-estate advisory circle, Ajay Malik help shape the company’s long-term growth strategy by leveraging his expertise in real-estate investments advisory, transaction structuring and commercial leasing. He will focus on driving strategic initiatives, strengthening market positioning, and building scalable business models to capture emerging opportunities. He will also help guide cross-functional teams, enhance stakeholder relationships, and ensure that the company’s strategy aligns with its vision of delivering value-driven real-estate solutions.

    In the words of Sachin Gawri, founder and CEO, RISE Infraventures, Malik’s “insights into commercial leasing and strategic planning are invaluable. He will play a key role in expanding our footprint and exploring new opportunities”.

    Shantanu Gambhir, co-founder and MD, RISE Infraventures, believes, Ajay Malik’s “expertise will help RISE Infraventures pursue ambitious yet sustainable growth” and that “his addition reinforces our commitment to delivering value-driven real-estate solutions.”
