After over four successful years with Philips, Sangeetha Sivaraj has moved to Redington to head talent acquisition for India.
Sivaraj completed an MSc in Psychology from University of Madras, went on to complete an MBA in HR and Marketing from SSN School of Management & Computer Application.
She served as an HR analyst with Mphasis, an HP company, from 2006 to 2010. She handled end-to-end recruitment at Mphasis for the Infrastructure Technology Outsourcing (ITO) vertical, managing technologies such as Sharepoint Admin, Lotus Notes Admin, Citrix Admin, and so on.
April of 2010 saw her moving to Wipro where she played assistant manager for over four years, based out of Chennai.
Bank of America offered her the role of senior manager-talent acquisition-BA Continuum in India, in 2014. For the next seven years she successfully managed recruitment for the technology infrastructure and global information security line of business
It was in November of 2021 that her association with Philips began. She joined as talent acquisition leader-global business services (GBS), enabling functions and STO. Over three and a half years into this role, she was promoted to people partner in June of 2025.
Now, in her latest assignment as head of talent acquisition at Redington, the IT consulting and services company, she will be tasked with driving enterprise-level talent acquisition strategy to enable business growth across India distribution. The role will see her partnering with leaders to build scalable, diverse and future-ready talent pipelines, while strengthening leadership hiring, employer brand and data-driven hiring practices.
