After four successful years with Teleperformance, Subba Rao Bhairavabhatla has joined Vertex Group as co-founder and chief growth officer. Rao began his career as a process excellence lead at Asian Paints. He spent five years there, from 2001 to 2006, leading Six Sigma BB projects across the site and ensuring production delivery and process excellence.
In February 2006 he moved to HSBC where he played PEX leader-quality for three years.
Wipro BPO roped him in for the role of travel and BFSI leader-process excellence and transformations, in January of 2009.
Rao’s next stop was Capita, where he served as global lead for process excellence and transformation , working out of Pune. He successfully led the Quality function for delivering high impact projects. He helped create the Quality culture through trainings and process excellence programmes.
WNS Global Services appointed Subba Rao global lead-quality, in 2015. Less than a year into this role, he was elevated to global leader-transformation quality. The next promotion in 2019 made him global leader-digital transformation and consulting. His stint with WNS lasted almost six years.
It was in August of 2021 that he joined Teleperformance as head (EVP) of solutions and transitions.
Now, in his latest role at Vertex, the provider of intelligent enterprise solutions, he will be tasked with spearheading the company’s Vertex 2.0 initiative and supercharging its global market expansion.
