After serving Genesys as head of talent acquisition for over two years, Suresh JV has now joined OSBIndia in a similar role.

An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Suresh JV started off his professional journey as a team manager with Convergys, in 2003.

He then moved to RR Donnelly as client manager in 2006. Less than a year and a half later, he moved to Societe Generale as assistant manager, in July of 2007.

His next stop was Wanhan Consultants, as practice lead, from 2009 to 2010, based out of Chennai.
November of 2010 saw him playing client partner at Elysium Consulting. For the next five years or more, he handled mid- to executive-leadership hiring across relationship management, sales, programme management and practice development for many top tier IT organisations.

Randstad roped him in for the role of business head-information technology practice, in 2016. Over four years into this role, he was elevated to operations director, in April of 2020.
He took on the role of recruitment head -Oracle practice and leadership hiring (apps and data) at Wipro, in July of 2021.

His association with Genesys began in September of 2022, as head of talent acquisition, India. For over two years he had been driving key objectives such as employer branding, DEI and social impact delivering business outcomes.

In his new role at OSBIndia, a specialist mortgage lender, he will be tasked with leading the talent acquisition strategy for India, ensuring alignment of hiring programmes with business growth and workforce planning.

His expertise in designing scalable TA strategies, leading CXO-level searches, and creating inclusive, data-informed hiring programmes that align with business impact will be an asset to OSBIndia.
HRKatha wishes Suresh JV all the best as he continues to pursue his passion for people, process, and purpose!
