    Tupperware Brands ropes in Beatriz Diaz de la Fuente as CHRO

    Beatriz Diaz de la Fuente has joined Tupperware Brands, as the lead for human resources. She will begin work in her new role from June 1, 2020. Bringing with her over three decades of experience in the function, De la Fuente will oversee the complete human resource strategy for the organisation at Tupperware.

    De la Fuente began her career in 1989 as the human resources manager at GE, where she served the longest stint of her career spanning more than 16 years. Over time, she climbed up the ranks to occupy the position of human resources director in the organisation.

    Right after GE, she worked as an organisation and leadership development consultant for a little more than a year, before joining Herbalife as the senior director-HR. After more than eight years in the Company she occupied the chair of vice president-global shared services, overseeing the finance and distribution operations for the Company, in 2016.

    Nine successful years later, she left Herbalife to join El Palacio de Hierro, a globally recognised retail group based in Mexico. There, she was responsible for the organisational redesign and talent recruitment strategy for the company as the director for HR. This was her last stint, which lasted four years, before joining Tupperware Brands.

    De la Fuente, who holds a bachelor’s in psychology from the Universidad del Noreste, Mexico, has also completed the innovation for senior management programme (InnovAD) from IPADE business school in Mexico City.
