After a four-year long stint with RR Kabel as CHRO, Vinod Parur has now taken up the role of CHRO at Granules India, the Indian pharmaceuticals company.
An alumnus of Mumbai University, Parur began his professional journey in 2001, as senior officer, training, HCC. Three years later, he moved to Unichem Laboratories, as assistant manager-HRD. For the next three years, he was responsible for organisational development and training at the firm.
Vinod Parur’s next stop was Schindler, where he joined as senior manager-human resources, in 2007. Three years into this role, he was promoted to head-training and certification. By April of 2012, he had been elevated to head-human resources (manufacturing), Schindler. When he moved on from Schindler in 2016, he had reached the position of vice president-HR (manufacturing).
From April 2016 to August 2019, Vinod Parur was associated with ATE Group, as senior vice president-human resources, based out of Mumbai.
Nilkamal roped him in to play chief human resources officer, in November of 2019, and it was in November 2021 that his association with RR Kabel began.
Known to be a dedicated, energetic and open-minded person, Vinod Parur’s meticulousness and dependability will be an asset to Granules India. HRKatha wishes him all the best!
