After a long and successful association of 12 years with Zee Media, Ruchira Srivastava has now joined Times Network as head-HR.

An alumna of IMT, Ghaziabad, Ruchira Srivastava completed an advanced strategy and leadership programme in business, management, marketing and related support services from The Wharton School, in 2024.

She began her tryst with human resources as manager-HR, Bestochem Formulations, in 2007.

She then moved to Zee News after two years, in April of 2009. For the next four years she served as senior manager-HR, Zee News.

April of 2013 saw her taking on the position of assistant vice president, Zee Media. Eight years into this role, she became head of HR, successfully essaying this role from October 2015 to April 2021.

Srivastava was elevated to chief human resources manager, Zee Media, in April 2021.

During her career, she has spearheaded comprehensive HR strategies that enhance talent acquisition, organisational development, and employee engagement. Her proactive approach and ability to build HR frameworks that align with corporate goals, drive revenue, and improve operational efficiency make her an ideal candidate for the CHRO role at Times Network.

Known to be a genuine and unbiased HR professional, her ‘never quit’ attitude, good interpersonal relationships and passion to empower teams to unlock their full potential will prove to be an asset to Times Network.

HRKatha wishes Ruchira Srivastava all the best!
