Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai has successfully concluded final placements for its flagship Human Resource Management & Labour Relations (HRM & LR) programme for the 2024–26 batch in February 2026. The process reflected strong recruiter confidence and impressive compensation outcomes.

The highest package offered was Rs 66 lakh per annum. The average CTC for the top 10 per cent stood at Rs 49.75 lakh, while the top 25 per cent averaged Rs 40.84 lakh. The overall mean CTC was Rs 28.69 lakh, with a median of Rs 28 lakh.
