Zubin Mody, chief human resources officer (CHRO), IndusInd Bank, has put in his papers after two decades with the financial institution. He had joined the bank way back in November, 2005. It is reported that he is going to explore other opportunities.
An XLRI Jamshedpur alumnus, Zubin Mody served Marico’s human resources department for four years in the initial years of his professional journey, from 1993 to 1997. He then moved to Heinz India, for a stint that lasted almost two years.
March of 1999 saw him getting associated with ICICI Bank’s human resources function. After over two and a half years, he moved to ICICI Lombard General Insurance to steer HR there. Over four years into that role, he switched to IndusInd where he had stayed put for almost two decades.
Known for his ability to focus on the macro view of an issue or a situation, and also his willingness to run with the business, those who have worked with or for Zubin Mody swear by his affable and approachable personality.
