    Shilpi Singh joins Kenvue as head of people, India business

    After a long and successful eight-year long association with Pfizer, Shilpi Singh has moved to Kenvue as head of people, India business.

    A graduate from Delhi University, Shilpi Singh is also an alumna of Pune University from where she completed a master’s degree in Personnel Management.

    She began her professional journey with Shaw Wallace Distilleries, as assistant manager, in 2004.

    From 2006 to 2011, she was associated with Tata AIA Life Insurance, as senior manager-human resources. Her next stop was Citibank India, where she played assistant vice president, human resources, from October of 2011 to September of 2012.

    Then followed a two and a half-year long stint with Diageo. She joined as talent engagement lead and was promoted to global talent specialist in less than two years, in 2014. This role saw her working out of London for some time.

    It was in March of 2017 that Shilpi Singh joined Pfizer, as the India talent lead. Less than two years into this role, she was elevated to director-people experience.

    Now, Singh’s diverse experience will enrich the HR division of Kenvue, a company known for

    its iconic brands including Neutrogena, Johnson’s Baby, Aveeno and Stayfree. In her new assignment, she will be part of the India leadership team, as well as the HR leadership team in Asia Pacific.

    Over the span of her career, Shilpi Singh has honed her skills in transforming organisations through integrated yalent management strategies, CXO succession planning, enabling mergers & acquisitions and delivering large-scale digital and go-to-market change agendas.

    Additionally, she is a certified MBTI and Hogan practitioner and an executive coach with a certification from AOEC, London.

    HRKatha wishes Shilpi Singh all the best as she works to unleash organisational potential by bringing in a balance of strategic foresight and compassionate leadership at Kenvue.
