Marking India’s 80th Independence Day, Vertex Group has announced ‘Vertex Mega Hiring Month’ with plans to onboard 2,000 professionals across Delhi-NCR, Gurgaon and Bengaluru within a month. The initiative is the first major step toward the Group’s pledge to create 1 million opportunities globally.
The hiring drive is also Vertex’s largest single-month expansion to date. It coincides with the company completing 10 years in August 2026 and comes amid rising demand from leading Indian consumer brands. The company said the timing reflects its commitment to nation-building by generating jobs during a period of national importance.
Vertex stated that it is hiring for immediate joining across customer support, sales, team leadership, management, quality, training and analytics. The company noted that the drive would strengthen frontline operations as well as supervisory and managerial teams, with experienced professionals expected to build capabilities, mentor new hires and support large-scale programme expansion.
Vertex added that the announcement comes at a time when several contact centres in the region have reduced operations, leaving many experienced professionals seeking new opportunities.

He stated that 2,000 opportunities were being created across Delhi-NCR and Bengaluru in a single month, with immediate joining across operations, quality, analytics, training, customer support and sales.
He further said that the doors were open to every professional looking for their next opportunity from Independence Day onwards. He added that the company was not just hiring for the present but was building the teams that would shape Vertex’s next decade, and that it wanted ambitious people to join and grow with the organisation.
Vertex said the new hires would support its rapidly expanding customer experience operations for major consumer brands in India. The company also noted that the programme was part of its broader journey toward reaching the 5,000-employee milestone by December 2026, while continuing to expand its presence, capabilities and portfolio across markets.
