    Aritra S is global head–human resources, STL Digital

    Aritra moves from GlobalLogic where she was HR director|HR head-technology since 2022

    Aritra S has joined STL Digital, a global IT services and consulting company, as global head–human resources. She was earlier with GlobalLogic as HR director|HR head-technology, since 2022 .

    An alumna of XLRI Jamshedpur and SP Jain School of Global Management, Aritra S served Wipro Technologies as an HR executive for over three years, from November 2006 to July of 2010.

    She then moved to Capgemini to take up the role of HR business partner-senior consultant 1, in August, 2010. Just over two years into this role, she was elevated to HR business partner-team lead|senior consultant 2. Till 2015, she handled HR strategies, process improvements, and organisational initiatives and even acted as a senior leadership advisor among other responsibilities, based out of Bengaluru.

    Aritra’s next stop was Cerner Corporation where she served as HR business partner and regional HR  leader from 2015 to 2017.

    Verint appointed her HR manager |HR head (South) in January of 2018.

    She was back in Capgemini for a second stint, as HR manager, in September of 2018. Over two and a half years later, she was promoted to senior manager|HR head-North Central Europe .

    It was in May of 2022 that her association with GlobalLogic began, as HR director.

    A people strategist who believes HR is not a function but a value-creation engine that shapes culture, business performance, and organisational resilience, HRKatha is confident that she will be an asset to STL Digital.
