Pratyush Nandkeolyaar has joined Bluepace Tech, the intelligent automation company, as chief talent officer (CTO). He was earlier with Brillio, the enterprise AI accelerator, where he was senior director-talent acquisition and head-Europe since 2023.
Armed with an MBA in Human Resources-Marketing, from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management, Pratyush Nandkeolyaar began his professional journey with Dell in the HR domain, way back in1999. Over seven years later, he moved to Capgemini Consulting, as lead in January of 2007.
The year 2008 was witness to Pratyush Nandkeolyaar taking up the role of manager-talent acquisition group, at Tech Mahindra. Five years into this role he switched to Fulcrum Digital, as global head-talent acquisition.
BMC Software roped him in for the role of head-recruitment, India and APAC, in August of 2015. Three years later, he moved to Druva, as director and head of talent acquisition India and APAC.
His next stop was Allegis Global Solutions, in January of 2020, where he headed operations for over two years.
Deutsche Bank came next where Nandkeolyaar served as head of operations-talent acquisition for over two years, from 2020 to 2022.
He was associated with RS Securities for over a year, as head of operations, talent acquisition and then IKS Health, as vice president and global talent acquisition head.
His association with Brillio began in July 2023 when he joined as senior director and talent acquisition head for India and Europe. For over two and a half years he successfully spearheaded global talent-acquisition strategies, including AI integration, resulting in a 63 per cent reduction in hiring costs and enhanced process efficiency. He also introduced AI – native evaluation and demand-decoding approaches in hiring.
In his latest assignment at Blupace Tech, Pratyush Nandkeolyaar will play a significant role in ensuring agility and a high-performance work culture in the organisation.
