After a long and successful tenure at Axis Bank, Abhishek Patel has joined Rapyder Cloud Solutions as chief human resources officer (CHRO).
Patel’s professional journey began in 1997 when he served as an executive at ITC Hotels for over three years. He then moved to GE Money as branch manager for two years before joining HDFC Bank in a similar capacity in 2004.

Patel was back at GE Money for a second stint as senior manager from 2006 to 2010.
Mahindra Satyam BPO appointed him senior programme manager in 2010. Three years into this role, he switched to TMI Group as associate vice president. This role saw him working out of Hyderabad for over four years.

It was in November of 2017 that he took up the role of assistant vice president-priority banking, at Axis Bank. For the past eight and a half years he has been looking into the Bank’s programme management, channel management, training, customer experience and quality.

Now, in his latest assignment at Rapyder Cloud Solutions, the IT services and IT consulting firm, he will drive the people agenda, looking into organisational transformation, talent development, as well as HR frameworks.

Known for his “unwavering commitment to quality”, Abhishek Patel will continue to strive for perfect solutions that fit with the overall business goals of the company.
