After over three and a half years of heading human resources for bio energy at Praj Industries, Ravi Prakash has now joined K Drive Mobility Solutions as director and head-human resources.
This Physics graduate who went on to complete an MHRM in Human Resources from Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Mangement, began his professional journey as associate manager-Adani Power, in 2010. He spent almost eight years leading change initiatives among other responsibilities, and also managed the talent acquisition process.
July of 2019 saw Ravi Prakash move to Imerys as India HR senior manager. Working out of Nagpur, he led human resources operations for Calderys India (subsidiary of Imerys Group) for over a year before he was elevated to India head-HR operations. For the next over three and a half years, he looked after the HR operations for all business entities of Imerys Group in India.
It was in October of 2022 that he came to be associated with Praj Industries, based out of Pune. He helped build the culture there to support the Praj 2.0 future organisation. He enabled all business verticals to align their performance with the goals of the organisation. Additionally, he guided the leadership team on HR issues such as strategic planning, developing supportive HR and organisational strategies, and analysing requirements for talent acquisition, recruiting, and onboarding.
In his latest assignment he will be seen leading HR at K Drive Mobility Solutions, a tier-1 automotive & technology company that manufactures and supplies light, medium and heavy-duty axles to electric vehicles and internal combustion engines (ICE) for the vehicle market segment.
