Chandrakala Kawle will now head human resources at Tachyon Technologies, a digital transformation consulting firm.
She was earlier with Mondee, a travel technology company from June 2025 to February 2026.
Armed with an MBA in Human Resource Management from Osmania University, Chandrakal Kawle began her career with CES in July of 2007. She handled business development and recruitments for a little less than two years before moving to Deloitte.
She joined as an HR consultant in June of 2009 and by the time she moved on in 2019, after over a decade with the company, she had become risk and financial advisory consultant.
October of 2019 saw her playing manager-HR business partner, Cloud4C Services. Till June of 2021 she drove a global culture for Great Places to Work certification and was responsible for global employees in EMEA, SEA, NALA, and ANZ regions.
From July 2021 onwards she served as human resource business partner, RealPage Inc. In January of 2023 she was elevated to global head of HR analytics. In this role, she designed and executed a global HR Business Intelligence (BI) strategy to align people analytics with executive priorities and drove strategic workforce decisions. She also established an AI-powered HR Analytics Centre of Excellence to modernize reporting, streamline insight generation, and promote self-service analytics through tools such as Power BI and Co-Pilot.
It was in June of 2025 that she came to be associated with Mondee.
In her new role at Tachyon, Kawle will be tasked with driving the people strategy, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring talent growth.
