IKS Health has roped in Arun Nair for the role of vice president-human resources (VP-HR). He moves from Rubicon Research where he was had been heading global talent acquisition and retention since 2024. This will be Nair’s third stint with the company that provides technology, AI and deep healthcare expertise to the healthcare sector.
Nair spent the initial two years of his professional journey as an analyst and then a module leader before joining Respondez as project lead in 2005.
In May of 2007, he became senior resource manager-pharma/medical device at Bellsoft Inc. He spent over eight years with this global systems integrator, specialising in implementing SAP and Oracle (including JD Edwards and Peoplesoft) applications for clients across all industries.
July of 2015 saw him take up the role of director-talent acquisition, looking into leadership, strategic hiring and special projects, at IKS Health. Over five and a half years later, he switched to CitiusTech as senior manager-talent acquisition. After leading the technology leadership and campus hiring for over a year, he returned to IKS Health in April 2022, as associate vice president-talent acquisition.
Rubicon Research roped him in to head global talent acquisition and retention in September 2024. After spearheading TA strategy across India, the US, Canada, and emerging markets in alignment with Rubicon’s growth roadmap for over two years, Arun Nair is now back with IKS Health.
In his new role, he will lead the HR for the all too familiar company’s Ambulatory Business Unit.
