Eye-Q, the chain of super-specialty eye care hospitals, is committed to taking care of its employees’ eyes and how! All 579 employees of the chain will be able to access preventive health measures thanks to the free eye checkups available to them across the Eye-Q network.

With smog continuing to put their health at risk, the employees and their immediate family members can now get their eyes checked for free at any Eye-Q branch. They will also be offered a 30 per cent discount on diagnostic tests conducted with advanced equipment. If they are prescribed glasses, contact lenses or specialty glasses, the employees will enjoy a 30 per cent discount on the total bill amount. Employees can also go for branded glasses and frames at a discount of 10 per cent. These concessions are available to the employees as well as their spouses, parents and children.

This comprehensive package proves how committed Eye-Q is to the holistic well-being of its team members who now have access to top-tier eye care services for themselves and their loved ones.

According to Ajay Sharma, founder and CMD, Eye-Q, “The health of our employees is of utmost importance, and with the increasing impact of smog on public health, we feel it’s essential to take proactive measures. This special eye care package allows our team and their families to access high-quality eye care services, ensuring their vision remains protected during such challenging times. We believe that the well-being of our employees is directly linked to the quality of care we provide to our patients, and we are committed to supporting them in every way possible.”

Over the past 17 years, Eye-Q has conducted numerous free eye camps, door-to-door checkups, and health awareness campaigns benefiting over one crore patients. With over 30 super-specialty hospitals across Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Gujarat, and beyond, Eye-Q is set to expand further, with plans to open seven additional hospitals by 2027, continuing its mission to make eye care accessible to all.
