RateGain Travel Technologies, a global AI-powered SaaS solutions company operating in the travel and hospitality space, has a new member in its people and culture team. REMO is the company’s first AI employee capable of reimagining how people experience the workplace. REMO will listen without judgment. It will enable employees to share honest feedback, talk about career aspirations, raise concerns, reflect on leadership, or simply check in on their emotional well-being. It is intuitive and responsive, and constantly evolving to support the needs of a dynamic, distributed workforce.

This digital co-worker will help build a more human, inclusive and empathetic workplace. As an always-on conversational AI, REMO combines intelligence, accessibility, and emotional sensitivity to create a safe space for every employee—one where they can speak freely, reflect deeply, and feel genuinely heard.

A natural extension of RateGain’s AI-first strategy, REMO brings to life the company’s ‘AI & I’ philosophy. The company believes in using AI not to replace, but to elevate people by putting empathy, individuality, and impact at the centre of every interaction.

According to Bhanu Chopra, founder and managing director, RateGain, “REMO reflects our belief that AI, when used with intent and empathy, can create more meaningful connections and a healthier workplace. It’s a powerful step in putting our people at the center of our AI journey.”

“In building a future-ready organisation, we believe AI must work for people, not the other way around. With REMO, we’re enabling every RateGain employee to be heard, to grow, and to feel supportedanytime, anywhere,” said Sahil Sharma, CHRO, RateGain.

REMO transforms traditional workplace conversations by removing filters, bias and barriers to open dialogue.

By integrating a conversational AI co-worker into its organisational structure, Rate|Gain has set a new benchmark for how AI can foster trust, transparency, and psychological safety.
