Over 2,000 employees of Adobe will now enjoy a new state-of-the-art office in Bengaluru, which is focussed on enhancing the employee experience of the company’s workforce.
Having been in India for well over two decades now, India is the software company’s largest base outside of the US, with more than 7,800 employees across five campuses. It is the centre of Adobe’s business development and software innovation.
The new sustainable office is part of Adobe’s expansion plans and is designed with the aim of maximising employee experience and in line with the company’s hybrid model of work.
Each floor of the new tower will facilitate employee collaboration, connectivity and creativity. The building is, therefore, thoughtfully designed with co-working spaces for collaboration alongside the most modern workstations, quiet ‘focus rooms’, bright meeting rooms and so on.
Clearly, the company is all geared up to attract the best of talent. The new tower is another stepping stone to making India its biggest hub, by increasing capacity.
The Indian teams are engaged in digital learning and print business, contributing to product development across document cloud, increasing the reach of experience cloud solutions and enhancing the creative apps with AI- enabled tools.
