    Emoneeds to expand workforce, hire trainee psychologists

    Emoneeds, the digital mental-health platform is expanding its team and seeking professionals who share its startup mindset. It is looking for trainee psychologists, front-end and back-end developers (via third-party partnerships), admin-cum-front desk executives, graphic designers, as well as data analysts.

    Presently, 59 per cent of its workforce comprises women, reflecting Emoneeds’ commitment to inclusivity and a supportive workplace. The expansion is part of its growth and commitment to offering top-tier mental-health services across India. The expansion focuses on bolstering the company’s clinical, technology, and administrative departments.

    These roles will help Emoneeds enhance its digital offerings, operational efficiency and clinical expertise as the platform scales to meet the growing demand for mental-health services.
