peopleIX, an advanced people analytics plaltform has managed to raise funds to the tune of €2.3 million, to build a central intelligence layer for workforce data that will help the HR at organisations primarily in the European market.

The pre-seed funding was led by Earlybird-X and saw participation from neoteq ventures, TS Ventures, and other HRtech angel investors.

The aim of peopleIX, the Ai-powered people intelligence platform, is to offer a solution for disconnected data that exists all over the place in various systems. It intends to integrate data across HR systems into a single platform, so that real-time insights are delivered without any need for data- science expertise.

With data being integrated across HR information systems, applicant tracking systems and performance tools, and so on, what emerges is a unified platform that empowers HR teams with real-time analytics. Armed with timely and predictive insights, HR leaders can take timely decisions and actions for the success of the business and forecast future trends. The integrated platform equipped with the intelligence layer for people data will allow HR leaders to tap the full potential of the members of the workforce, optmise human capital and be strategic business enablers in the true sense of the word.

The funding will help peopleIX expand its offerings and strengthen its presence in Europe. Given the fact that the people analytics market is set to grow rapidly over the next five years, peopleIX sure is moving in the right direction.
