[24]7.ai, the artificial intelligence (AI)-driven customer-engagement solutions company, is all set to add 1,500 people to its Hyderabad team and 3,500 people to its Bangalore team. Earlier, the Company had announced its intention to hire 5,000 people for its offices across India by 2022. If things go as planned, the strength of [24]7.ai’s workforce in India will reach 8,500 by March 2022. Thanks to the pandemic, the entire hiring process is virtual.

The team strength at Hyderabad is presently 2,000, while at Bangalore, it is right now 1,500. At the end of this hiring spree, the team strength at Hyderabad and Bangalore are expected to be 3,500 and 5,000 respectively, by March 2022.

The Hyderabad team helps manage the customer lifecycle journey for international organisations in the retail, tech, telecom and healthcare space. This team also offers chat and voice-based services to support sales and customer service.

In addition to the offices in Hyderabad and Bangalore, the Company has delivery centres in Guatemala City, Bogota (Colombia), Managua (Nicaragua), Manila (Philippines) and Dallas (Texas).

The US-based firm is on the lookout for full-time customer-care executives for voice, chat and blended processes, who will manage customers across the globe. It is sifting through suitable profiles accessed job portals, social media, consultants and even employee referrals.

Presently, the Company has provided all relevant tools, including corporate broadband, required for its employees, a majority of whom are working from home.
