Akrivia HCM to hire 500+ in engineering, implementation, support functions

With ambitious plans to expand its business in South East Asia (SEA), Akrivia HCM, the Indian enterprise HRMS platform, is on the lookout for talent. It is all set to hire over 500 people in the engineering, implementation and support functions in 2023.

Engineering talent with expertise in full stack development, data engineering, DevOps and other cutting-edge technologies will be preferred by this Visakhapatnam-based startup.

The company, which offers multi-country localisations to unite the entire employee lifecycle in-house, has been steadily expanding into Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, UAE, Saudi Arabia, as well as Qatar.

Rahul Varma Kalidindi, CEO and co-founder, Akrivia HCM realises that technology is critical for “empowering the HR function to accommodate the shifts” happening in the world of work and in the job market today. Therefore, Akrivia is “consistently re-innovating every module in the Indian HR stack system. We are spreading wings across two new geographies and growing our customer base at a rate of 200 per cent to touch 10 lakh users by the end of 2023”. According to Kalidindi, “20% of the new hires will support India operations, while the remaining will facilitate the company’s growth in international markets”.

With over 50 brands in its client portfolio across sectors such as retail, manufacturing, and food & beverages, the startup already has over 1,50,000 users. Some of the eminent names include McDonald’s, Mitsubishi Electric, Kopiko, Continental Coffee, Metro Brands among others.

The Company was launched about six years ago, as a SaaS firm building products for large enterprises. Today the human capital management software / platform covers the entire hire-to-retire lifecycle enabling organisations to attract, hire, develop, recognize and retain talent with analytics and insights to build a culture of transparency, collaboration and performance.
