    Aurigo Software bolsters workforce with 80 engineering graduates

    Aurigo Software, a capital planning and construction management solutions firm, has further reinforced its talent pool. The company has onboarded 80 promising graduates through campus recruitment drives.

    The hires hail from prestigious engineering institutions, including BITS Goa, BITS Hyderabad and NIT Trichy.

    The new recruits will play pivotal roles across diverse functions, including business analysis, DevOps, cloud operations and software testing. They will also help to advance the company’s mission of delivering world-class solutions.

    Strategically located in Bangalore and Mysore, Aurigo’s offices are closely connected to these top-tier talent hubs. These will offer new employees the chance to work on cutting-edge projects alongside seasoned industry mentors.
    India continues to serve as the nerve centre for Aurigo’s global research and development efforts, driving innovation in advanced technologies such as digital twins, AI platforms and user-centric design.

    Aurigo’s talent strategy goes beyond recruitment, fostering a culture of continuous learning through structured training programmes, mentorship initiatives, and growth opportunities. The company, with over 500 employees across its India operations, provides a launchpad for professionals to gain expertise in AI/ML, cloud technologies, and capital programme management.

    This expansion aligns with the increasing demand for infrastructure management solutions in the US., driven by rising investments in transportation, electricity and water utilities.
