Accor, a global hospitality group, has partnered with the Indian School of Hospitality (ISH) to launch a dedicated Postgraduate Programme (PGP) in Sales and Revenue Management. This one-year course aims to create a steady stream of future-ready hospitality leaders who align with Accor’s expansion plans in India.

As per the unique programme structure, the first six months focus on academic learning at ISH. This is supported by its alliance with the Swiss institution, Les Roches. This is followed by a six-month immersive experience at Accor hotels across India. Participants will receive pre-placement offers (PPOs), giving them a clear career path within Accor even before they complete the programme.

This collaboration is well timed as the Indian hospitality sector is growing rapidly right now. As Accor increases its footprint across the country, the demand for skilled, management-ready professionals is rising. The new PGP is designed to meet this demand by selecting candidates with prior industry experience and equipping them with advanced knowledge and practical exposure.

The programme will emphasise global hospitality standards while focusing on strategic skills such as revenue management, sales operations and business decision-making. It goes beyond traditional hospitality training by providing direct access to Accor’s operational systems, mentoring, and a structured leadership track.

By investing in specialised education and early career development, Accor aims to build a reliable leadership pipeline. It is hoped that the initiative will benefit both the company and the broader industry by cultivating a new generation of employable talent capable of making meaningful contributions to India’s evolving hospitality landscape.
