Ecom Express has introduced ‘E-Pathshaala’, an innovative Learning Management System (LMS). This initiative underscores Ecom Express’s commitment to workforce development and operational excellence while opening doors for aspiring talent in supply chain and logistics.

The platform aims to upskill delivery personnel and delivery-centre managers, providing access to interactive motion graphic video courses in regional languages. These courses are designed to address the challenges of last-mile delivery and team management, ensuring inclusivity and engagement.

Key features of E-Pathshaala include tailored courses in regional languages to ensure inclusivity and accessibility, certifications to recognise achievements and enhance professional credentials, progress- tracking tools to monitor learning and identify areas for improvement, and mobile-friendly access that enables learning anytime, anywhere.

The content has been developed by Ecom Express’s internal operational and product- excellence teams, in collaboration with external partners. It equips employees with the skills and knowledge to improve performance and drive customer satisfaction.

Swati Mor, chief human resources officer, Ecom Express, emphasised the initiative’s significance and shared, “E-Pathshaala reflects our dedication to fostering personal and professional growth within our workforce. It also provides a pathway for individuals aspiring to build careers in logistics. By equipping them with the right skills, we strengthen operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.”

Since its launch, nearly 65,000 unique users have accessed the platform, logging about 80,000 hours and completing 7,044 courses. Certifications have boosted motivation and accountability, highlighting the company’s focus on structured workforce investments.

To commemorate this milestone, Ecom Express has released a promotional video showcasing E-Pathshaala’s transformative potential. The video is available on the company’s LinkedIn and Facebook pages, offering a glimpse into this groundbreaking platform.
